Kinesiology
Sessions usually last an hour, but the first session may take up to one and a half hours. During the first session, the Kinesiologist will be making sure the client understands what kinesiology is, what it is they want to get out of the session, and it is also important that they take responsibility for their own growth and to carry this through into their daily life.
Some time will be spent showing the new client some muscle testing and how the bio-feedback system will work. We then do a series of pre-checks which will give an indication of the stress level involved with the issue on-line. These will be checked again at the end of the balance, which should show that the stress level has decreased. You will then most likely be sent on your way with 'homework'. This could be anything from ensuring you get some rest and relaxation, some meditation suggestions, or some nutritional supliments to name but a few. This is your commitment to your health and well-being. There will be nothing you can't handle or to add further to your stress.
Reiki
This is a hands-on therapy that requires one hour of your time to invest in yourself for relaxation and healing. Reiki treatment follows a traditional pattern of hand positions, resting without pressure on or above the body. Reiki is pure energy and brings about deep relaxation and healing.
Rates
Initial Consultation: 1½ hours - $100
Follow-up Consultation: 1 hour - $70
Reiki Balance: 1 hour - $60
Consultations
I have many clients that regularly book in for a kinesiology or reiki treatment on a weekly, monthly or seasonal basis. There is never a 'how many treatments is good for me?' because it is a personal journey, it purely depends on where you class your ok(ness). Some want perfection in their lives and are willing and able to do what ever it takes to get there. For those people I say well done and lets get cracking. For others its more of a scenario of get me out of this pain or difficult situation and I'll be on my way. Either way works well for me. My only comment is if you don't like how you feel then do something about it! YOU HAVE PERMISSION to be happy healthy, vibrant and excuse free. Be the light and shine brightly for yourself and others will follow. :)
